While filming, he asked enough questions to make sure he was always in the right place at the right time, without being too intrusive. The highlights video and full wedding video that he sent us are both wonderful- the quality of the filming is perfect throughout. The sound is great and he captured both our friend singing during our ceremony and our band later on perfectly- which is so lovely to have. "We were very impressed with The Dreamcatchers and Adrian Stone in particular, in terms of the quality of service, the end product, the fact that The Dreamcatchers perfectly captured the essence of our wedding and the value for money. Adrian was truly professional on the day and blended seamlessly into background. We gave him clear instructions that we wanted the photographer to have priority and he took this on board but still captured amazing footage through the use of two cameras. He also made sure that all key aspects of the wedding were captured, right from the Groom's Breakfast to the Bride getting ready, the service, the speeches and even the first dance. The post-wedding service that The Dreamcatchers provided was excellent and went well beyond the call of duty. The Dreamcatchers gave us a full edit (which was not in the original package we bought) because they wanted to firmly establish themselves in the local market (ie. good marketing) and also very kindly said it was a beautiful wedding which would be good to keep on record for future clients. The full edit with the music overlay (Dreamcatchers allowed us to choose music that was special to us after the Wedding rather than having some supplier's own music being forced upon us), and even the little touches of dimming the music to pick up the wind trio playing at the ceremony made it even more personal to us. The on-line short video (4 mins) of the wedding worked really well; it meant all of our friends and family could view the day again in a snap shot, and importantly for us other friends and family who could not make the wedding could still get a feel for how special the day was (some friends of ours watched it in Hong Kong and ended up crying!) Finally, 3 months after the Wedding we emailed Dreamcatchers to see whether they could send us the 4 min video clip in a format that we could download onto our iPhones and carry with us. Dreamcatchers replied within 48 hours with the tools to do this, and we both have the 4 min video now on us at all times - it really created the perfect ending to a superb service and, as cheesy as it sounds, they really did capture our dream day which we will treasure forever."
